Ignition Transformer

The ATN110A-1 is an ignition transformer for commercial and industrial burners. With a simple operation of the changeover tap, it can be used with either 100V or 200V primary voltage.

Multiburner Control Flame Relay

The FRS100 is a flame safeguard control with a self-checking circuit to ensure safe start-up operation. If abnormal conditions exist, ignition start is prevented or system safety is secured by the shutdown of combustion if the main flame fails during operation.
This compact controller is used with a flame rod or a Minipeeper Ultraviolet Flame Detector for batch operation of combustion equipment, and can be mounted on a DIN-specification rail.

The FSP series flame simulator, checker and analog flame meter are optimal support tools for maintenance or troubleshooting of a flame safeguard control system. The C7076A is a solid-state, dynamic, self-checking flame detector for use with flame safeguard primary safety controls requiring adjustable sensitivity ultraviolet flame detection.
It detects ultraviolet radiation from all flames and includes dual sensitivity adjustment.

Protectorelay Flame Safeguard Controls

The R4780B/C/D are flame safeguard controls used to provide automatic operation and safety of combustion in oil-fired, gas-fired, or oil-gas fired burners that have a burning capacity of 580kW/h (500,000Kcal/h) or greater.
They are constructed from reliable components to ensure that the combustion equipment operates in the correct sequence without fail.

Advanced Ultraviolet Relay with Communications

The AUR350C Advanced UV Relay with Communications is a safe combustion controller with a dynamic self-checking function, and is used in combination with the AUD300C Advanced UV Sensor.
By driving the shutter of the AUD300C, the AUR300C checks itself and the AUD300C for faulty operation while controlling the flame relay.
If a fault occurs in the flame detection circuit of the AUD300C or AUR350C, the AUR350C turns OFF the flame relay to ensure operational safety. Since the AUR350C tracks data on flame voltage, shutter on-off cycles, etc., flame voltage trends can be viewed on a PC monitor.

Advanced Ultraviolet Detector

The AUD300C is a flame detector designed to sense the ultraviolet radiation from an oil or gas burner flame. This unit is used in combination with the dedicated AUR400C/450C or AUR300C/350C. Any malfunction that has occurred in the UV detector or UV relay can be detected by the continuous and highly accurate dynamic self-check function of the built-in shutter driven by the relay, ensuring extremely reliable combustion safety control.

The R4715B and R4715C are flame safeguard controls used to provide automatic operation and safety of combustion in small and medium sized gas-fired burners that have a maximum burning capacity of 175kW/h (150,000Kcal/h) or less.
They are constructed from reliable components to ensure that combustion equipment operates in the correct sequence without fail.

Dynamic Self-Checking Burner Controller with Communications Function

The AUR450C is a burner controller with a dynamic self-checking function, and is used in combination with the AUD300C or AUD500C Advanced Ultraviolet Detector.
The AUR450C is a flame safeguard controller that automatically and safely executes ignition sequences and reliably monitors gas and oil burners. The AUR450C includes a 7-segment display and communications function.
